What is World of Warcraft Remote? 

World of Warcraft Remote is a subscription-based service that allows World of Warcraft players to buy and sell items on the World of Warcraft Auction House through the Remote Auction House website, the World of Warcraft Mobile Armory app for iPhone or iPod touch, or the Remote Auction House app for Android. Any player can browse the Remote Auction House or check the status of their existing auctions for free without a subscription to World of Warcraft Remote.

What is the Remote Auction House? 
The Remote Auction House lets you access the Auction Houses that your characters have access to through the web or a compatible mobile device (both require login). You can browse the Auction House or check the status of existing auctions for free, and with a subscription to World of Warcraft Remote, you can also bid on or buy out existing auctions as well as post your own items from your bags, bank, and mailbox for sale. What mobile devices are compatible with this service?

How much does World of Warcraft Remote cost? 
World of Warcraft Remote is a subscription-based service that costs $2.99 (USD) for 30 days of access, and requires an active, paid World of Warcraft subscription with up-to-date payment information.

The billing cycle for World of Warcraft Remote is independent of your World of Warcraft game subscription cycle. If you cancel your subscription to World of Warcraft, the associated World of Warcraft Remote subscription will be cancelled automatically as well, and any remaining time on the World of Warcraft Remote subscription will be frozen until you reactivate your World of Warcraft subscription. If you resubscribe to World of Warcraft in the future, you will need to reinstate your World of Warcraft Remote subscription separately.

Can I use a World of Warcraft Game Card or Game Time Code to pay for my World of Warcraft Remote subscription? 
No. World of Warcraft Game Cards and Time Codes can only be used for World of Warcraft play time and cannot be used for any other paid services.

If I have multiple World of Warcraft accounts associated with my Battle.net account, do I need to purchase a separate World of Warcraft Remote subscription for each? 
Yes. A World of Warcraft Remote subscription is associated with one individual World of Warcraft account. You will need to purchase a separate World of Warcraft Remote subscription for each World of Warcraft account on which you wish to use the service.

Is there a limit to the number of transactions (purchases and sales) I can make? 
Yes. In order to help prevent abuse of this service, there is a system in place to limit the total number of Auction House transactions (including bids, buyouts, and creating auctions) that a single World of Warcraft account can perform through World of Warcraft Remote each day. Currently, the limit is set to 200 transactions per day. Our goal with this system is to ensure that most players who are using the service will not reach the limit, and we will be continuously monitoring how the service is used and making adjustments to the system as needed.

Do you plan on making additional World of Warcraft-related services like this available through World of Warcraft Remote in the future? 
We are considering other services that could help keep players connected to different aspects of World of Warcraft through the web or their mobile devices. As with the Auction House service, these services would be designed to complement the gameplay of World of Warcraft, and would be implemented in a way that doesnt detract from the gameplay for other players who do not to use the service.
